Helping busy executives stay organized through efficient systems, streamlined communication, and dependable operational support—so they can spend more time leading their business and less time managing it.
At work
I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, majoring in Networking & Security, at Open Arab University — and I've been building my administrative career the same way: hands-on, one system at a time.
Outside the classroom, I've founded and co-founded two small businesses, produced video content for an international school, and completed certifications in virtual assistance and inbound marketing. Somewhere between managing inventory for a dessert business and editing a school podcast, I found the thread running through all of it — I like taking something unorganized and turning it into a system that works.
That's what I want to bring to an executive next: own the calendar, manage the inbox, document the meeting, plan the trip, and make sure nothing falls through.
Certified in General Virtual Assistance and Social Media Management, with day-to-day working knowledge across productivity, communication, project management, and CRM platforms.
To show — not just tell — what I can do as an Executive Assistant, I built a complete support case file around one fictional executive preparing for a high-stakes Riyadh–Dubai business trip. Six deliverables, one continuous engagement: what it looks like to have an EA who has your back.
Sarah's week was back-to-back with no protected time for strategic work — meetings overlapped, and priorities kept slipping. I rebuilt her calendar to color-code by function, add prep and debrief buffers around every meeting, and carve out protected focus time.

Result: a week with visible structure — color-coded meeting types, built-in prep/debrief buffers, and protected time for strategic work instead of wall-to-wall bookings.
A 31-email unsorted inbox made it hard to see what actually needed attention. I built automated filters and a label system so client, financial, travel, and internal mail sort themselves — and urgency is visible at a glance.

Result: automatic labels for Clients, Financials, Business Travel, and Internal mail, plus Urgent / Follow-up tagging — an inbox Sarah can scan in seconds instead of scrolling through.
Ahead of a two-day Riyadh–Dubai business trip, I built a complete travel brief so Sarah never has to dig for a confirmation number mid-meeting — flights, hotel, ground transport, full daily schedule, contacts, weather, and a pre-departure checklist, all in one document.

Result: a single 6-page reference covering flights, hotel, ground transport, a full day-by-day schedule, key contacts, weather, and a pre-departure checklist.
Weekly leadership meetings generate decisions and action items that are easy to lose track of. I documented one end-to-end — agenda, discussion summary, key decisions, and owner-assigned action items with deadlines.

Result: a structured record of decisions, owners, and deadlines — plus a pre-built agenda for the next meeting, so follow-through doesn't depend on memory.
New clients were being onboarded inconsistently. I wrote a versioned SOP — tools, roles, a six-step workflow, a quality-control checklist, and an exception-handling process — so every new client gets the same standard of care, regardless of who runs onboarding.

Result: a versioned, six-step SOP with a QC checklist, tool list, role assignments, and an exception-handling process — ready to hand to any team member.
Cross-functional deliverables — the client presentation, the KPI dashboard, investor prep — needed one shared source of truth instead of scattered updates. I set up and managed the project board: columns, owners, due dates, and subtasks.

Result: a live Kanban board with owners, due dates, and subtasks — so Sarah can see project status at a glance instead of chasing updates.
"Together, these six deliverables form one continuous story: an executive whose calendar, inbox, travel, meetings, client process, and projects are all being actively managed — which is exactly what I want to do next, for real."
Two active small businesses — one founded solo, one co-founded with a partner — where I've handled everything from recipe R&D to cash reconciliation.
A homemade online dessert business built from scratch — burnt basque cheesecakes, cheesecake cups, and cupcakes sold made-to-order across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
A Filipino street food stall in Saudi Arabia, co-founded with a business partner and run every Friday — from menu planning and food prep to cash handling and financial tracking.
Modern executives often need more than administrative support. They need someone who can create presentations, edit videos, design social media content, and communicate professionally across digital platforms.
Supported school communications by planning, filming, editing, and delivering podcast episodes, promotional videos, event coverage, and branded social media content using capcut and canva.
Designed visual materials for businesses and educational organizations—from promotional graphics to publication layouts—to support clear communication and brand consistency.
Formal training in virtual assistance, marketing, and service software — backing up the hands-on experience above.
